Christine E. Reinhard is a founding partner in the law firm of Schmoyer Reinhard. Prior to forming Schmoyer Reinhard, Ms. Reinhard was a counsel in the San Antonio labor and employment law section of the international law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.

Ms. Reinhard’s practice encompasses all aspects of labor and employment law. An active trial lawyer, she has defended employers in jury and bench trials and frequently litigates in court and in private arbitrations. She additionally assists employers with various preventative and non-litigation strategies and activities, such as:
Besides representing employers in National Labor Relations Board proceedings, Ms. Reinhard also has guided employers through union negotiations and corporate campaigns. Ms. Reinhard’s representation in the traditional labor context has included both public and private entities.
During law school, Ms. Reinhard served as an intern for the Honorable Emilio M. Garza, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the Volume 30 Executive Editor of the St. Mary’s Law Journal. The National Association of Women Lawyers named her the Outstanding Woman Law Graduate for St. Mary’s University in 1999.
