Justin Barbour presented on the topic, “Designing, Implementing, & Administering Effective Leave Policies in Compliance with the ADAAA,” at the 2012 South Texas Human Resources Symposium.  His presentation focused on how employees can demonstrate eligibility for leave and reasonable accommodations under the FMLA and ADA.  Also, there was a substantive discussion regarding “No Fault” leave and attendance policies.
