Christine E. Reinhard and Monica J. Lerma presented on the topic, “EEOC Weighs in on the ADAAA,” at the Schmoyer Reinhard Breakfast Briefing. The presentation focused on the questions answered and raised by the EEOC’s long-awaited regulations and published guidance. They also discussed how employers have weathered the most challenging legal situations presented under the ADA Amendments Act since its passage over two years ago and offered guidance on how to avoid these legal minefields.
