“Health Care Reform: A Discussion from the Employer – Employee Perspective,” Panelist Shannon B. Schmoyer – Texas Bar CLE Live Webinar Event

Shannon B. Schmoyer participated in a panel discussion of the topic, “Health Care Reform: A Discussion from the Employer – Employee Perspective,” at the Texas Bar CLE Live Webinar Event.  The discussion focused on The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (the Health Care Reform Act) and how some of the provisions are operative and the regulatory agencies have begun to issue extensive regulations.  The program presented a lively discussion between two experienced employment law attorneys focusing on the Health Care Reform Act’s impact on both employers and employees.
